Online Assignment Expert takes responsibility for the following refund policies to ensure our client doesn't face any inconvenience regarding payments.

Expert's unavailability

Although this scenario is unlikely to happen, even if it does, there is the unavailability of an expert from our end. In such a case, if you have placed your order and have already made full payment for your assignment, you can take assistance for another subject equal to the cost you have paid. Or else, you will get a refund of the amount you have paid along with 10 AUD from our end in your Online Assignment Expert wallet.

Missed Deadline

The chances of this case occurring are zero. However, even if, by chance, our expert misses the deadline or is unable to submit your assignment, then you can claim a refund. In such a case, you will get your refund once our customer support team completes the investigation. Any kind of assignment help is a process in which you must be involved. So, if any query raised from our expert's end is not responded to within time by you (within 12 hours of being posted on the student portal). Or if any kind of lack of information from your end is responsible for this missed deadline, then your claim for a full or partial refund won't be entertained.

Moreover, if we get to know that the delay was done from our expert's end, in such a case, your refund for 50% -100% will be entertained from our end. The refund amount will be credited to your Online Assignment Expert wallet. If any deduction is made, it is a tax against the expert who has been entirely paid for your work. Strict action will be taken against the academic writer or exert if they cause any delay in your work. The decision taken by our customer support team per the refund policy will be considered final in any such cases.

Received Fail Grades on Assignment Work

This is almost impossible to happen, but if it does and you end up receiving poor grades on the work submitted by our experts, then you can claim a refund. To avail of that refund, you must submit a copy of your original mark sheet or grade card along with your professor's feedback. This activity has to be performed within 60 days from the date you received the solved answer sheet. Furthermore, the grade sheet submitted by you will be verified by our experts to know the exact reason behind your poor grades. The verification process is processed by checking whether the poor grades are because of the writing style, the solutions provided by us aren't up to the mark according to your grading index, or your assessment of the learning outcomes.

Moreover, if it is proven that the shortcoming was from our experts, you will receive a 50-100% refund, which will be credited to your Online Assignment Expert wallet. However, our customer support team will take the final decision, and if your refund request is made after 60 days, as mentioned above, it won't be entertained.

The "Money Back Guarantee" request can only be made if you have received a poor or failing grade.

All the approved requests in such a case will be transferred to your Online Assignment Expert wallet. We do not offer cash refunds in the "Money Back Guarantee" offer.

The process of Money Back Guarantee will only be entertained after a final investigation is done by our customer support team. The process will be followed by checking your original grade sheet and finding the reason for your securing failing grades.

The final decision taken by our customer service team will be the final wording, deciding whether you'll get the refund or not.

Money Back Guarantee Cannot be Availed in the Following Cases.

• Your order has a partial payment which is pending
• The submission deadline for your assignment is less than or equal to 72 hours.
• 60 days have passed after providing you with the solution for your assignment.

Cases Which Are Not Eligible for the Refund Claim:

• If the submission deadline of your work is less than or equal to 72 hours, then no refund request will be entertained.
• We do not accept refund requests if your payment for the service is partially paid.
• We consider tutorial help equal to assignment help, so no cash refund is supported other than the exceptions mentioned in clause 1.9.
• The refund request is accepted only if you have been noticed as an active user (clause 3.2) and have provided all the required information to our experts.
• We accept the refund request done through the formal portal provided as the client's student portal. Any refund request through social media or other mail will not be considered formal communication.
• Online Assignment Expert is the education help platform, so we only accept the refund request within 60 days after the solution is uploaded. The day the solution was uploaded on your dashboard is taken as the delivery date.
