According to Chhablani (2020), to purchase a company requires a high amount of finance and financial assistance with the buyer to not just purchase it but also for its operations. Few are some ways through which additional funding can be acquired by the purchaser.
Venture Capitals (VC) are the direct financial services or investments that fledge the investor companies to attain stakes in the business or organization. A venture capitalist is an individual or a group or entity that funds the company or business that seems to have good growth perspectives or otherwise sound strategies of success in its operational vision (Manigart, 2017).
Venture capital can be a positive source of financial funding for the purchase of the company. However, when a venture capitalist invests in a company, it gains a stake in the same until refunded.
Crowdfunding has emerged as one of the major sources of generation of funds for the sake of business setup and purchase. It has been considered as an important as well as an efficient alternative for funds and financial accessibility in and for any organization (Kukurba, 2018).
Crowdfunding is a system of finance allocation where an open call to a large population with investment interests is made via the internet and the small amounts of money or funds from a large pool of investors is gathered.
To purchase a company, one can opt for various loan types such as personal financing, bank loans, small business administration (SBA) loans, etc, which is however difficult to process. In case of failure in meeting the requirements to assess these loans, one may opt for seller financing as well. Seller financing involves an agreement between the buyer and seller parties to pay some amount as a down payment for the purchase and the remaining amount to be paid over an agreed period of time (Bian, 2018). This can benefit from lowering the financial burden of the purchases cum buyer.
The dairy industry, in integration with the abrupt technology and analytical modernization, has got new areas of innovation that can leverage the company’s financial health as well as the expansion of its global market.
Mastitis is an unusual bacterial infection of cows' mammary glands that can negatively affect milk quality and can cause infections to the consumer.
An emergent technological update, IRT i.e. Infrared Thermography has emerged as an innovation in identifying and diagnosing mastitis in cows and the milk processed to resist any harmful content to be present in the products of the company and also improvement in cow fertility (Lazzarini et al., 2019). This can prove to be a lucrative innovation leading to attraction of costumers toward safe and hygienic product purchase, thus elevating the market share and profitability of the company.
Apart from pasteurization and homogenization technology which just modifies the shelf life of milk, the supercooling technology involves practices of a global movement of milk and products by the way of super-chilling the products rather than just freezing and defrosting of it.
Also, innovative super-cooling technology involves 3D imaginary systems in relation to AI that continuously checks the product quality and anti-microbial properties during transportation(Jayarao, 2019).
The adoption of innovative technologies in the production generally minimizes labor hardship, adds up costs saving areas by increasing technology adaptations. This, in an overall manner, reflects costumer’s attention and hence promote market and business span.
The company aims to achieve the following goals in the period of next five years.
The dairy industry has entered a period of technology-aided generation of products. The demand for milk and dairy products is forever continuous in the global arena and thus a higher production, efficient movement of products, and quality are challenging factors along with maintenance and utilization of sustainable rearing and farming practices. To gain the hands-on the adaptation of CSR policies, environmental sustainability, and also customer satisfaction worldwide is also a crucial task for the development, growth, and fostering of the company to a global level.
To conclude, the dairy industry is a kind of industry that has access to almost all elements of the environment like land, water, animal, human, etc. On account of this, it can be stated that the dairy industry holds tremendous potential for overall sustainability and development of rearing and farming practices and the overall environmental factor.
