However, the two ways learning process is more beneficial for the preservation of biodiversity by the means of by traditional acquaintance of ecology, handling carbon releases by the traditional fire management methods. This can be only be done by the equal participation of the aboriginal people.
• The organization needs to make indigenous people aware of their rights and roles towards development of the country. These people need to realize the importance of engineering education for sustainable development (McKenna, 2018). The organization needs to engage with members and recognize their rights to self-determination. However, education is the only key to get them to upgrade their living standard they are perusing. However, in the field of health care sector these people have increased their participation level and now proactively working in those areas. So, in the field of engineering, aboriginal people come up with bright colours and participate in the decision-making process of the organization.
• The next crucial step for the organization is to ensure the appropriate remuneration for the aboriginal people. One of the most impactful and effective steps in terms of sustainable growth of the aboriginal people from the micro level to the macro level. This step builds trust among the members of the community.
• The last step which helps to upgrade the condition of the people and make them proactive in the decision-making process of the country is the employment opportunity for them. The employment opportunity for the major key for the development and the growth of the aboriginal (Taylor, 2018). Constructive firms need to provide effective employment opportunity for the pope who wants to make their career in this filed. Proper training and remunerations should be provided to the members. The participation of the native communities upsurges the involvement of the people in terms of getting engaged with constructive firms. The indigenous people are a crucial part of the country and it is very important to fulfil their needs and requirements. This will increase their participation in the decision-making process of the country.
