Task 5

The student group and enrolment officer the strategy of communication will be a pull strategy of communication. The commencement of the project will be notified to both the groups. Communication strategy has been used through designing of the department involved and the activities. The logistics required and people involved and project closure will be communicated to the enrollment officer. Students will be informed about the training plan and training session. The enrollment officer will be communicated about the status of the project.
