Resourcing and finance
CERES Fair Food is pendent n financial support scubas administrate and human and intellectual resources on CERES. The potential challenge identified shows that they need resources fr business growth and expansion. This reflects the resource-based view that describes the need for a management system and organizational change. Fair Food needs to incur the food boxes to generate substantial profit with the high overhead cost. The multi-resource and stakeholder nature of the enterprise as bootstrapping can drift the company towards some investors. CRESES meet co-operatives to switch from the co-op model and can act support base to customers. The fair food model is difficult to explicate with the high entry cost. The expansion in operational procurement and separating composite fragmentation will boost CERES's fair food operations. The need for business resource capability is required to strengthen its business service from box food schemes and online grocery through recruiting food hosts. The allied business activities in onboarding and cost pressure will be higher for delivery services with no charges applicable on orders as a reduced margin. The company should build a crowdsourcing platform other than the seed funding by Jb Funds using the CERES Fair foo community. The company platform can be developed to demand if credit for expansion and weaken the moral hazard. As a social enterprise, the company depletes its capital for value service that may have a long term impact on the business. The box ordering and warehouse capacity have fixed costs associated with it. Social embeddedness will act as a fair prospect for better conceptualization and resource mobilization for capacity enhancement by co-operatives towards creating products and services (Jayawarna, 2018). The use of third party affiliations for partnership a network will scavenge for free resources. The one sourcing can build a leading body fo incorporating large valuable funding. Resource exchange will build cohesion and embed communities for the mutual benefit of social commitment for bot owners and reviver in ongoing social interaction. A process for subdivision and production process has to be developed for process improvement. Developing strong intermediaries will facile the promotion of ongoing operations to ensure the organization's smooth function.
