SDLC method seeks to create high-quality, customer-friendly software. The development of the software should be completed in the time and cost predefined. SDLC is a detailed plan which explains how specific software can be planned, developed and maintained. Each stage of the lifecycle of SDLC has its own process and supplies which are required for the coming phase. The proposed six core processes of the SDLC required to develop the system of facility and membership system are as follows: 

System planning phase

It is one of the most crucial phases in the creation of a system with success possibility. It is during this phase that is decided that what exactly is required and what are the issues faced. These concerns are effectively addressed by identifying the goals, issues and the assets which include funds and staff. As in the present case study, Body Sculptors is capable of providing a wide range of resources such as strength and flexibility apparatus; facilities that include a swimming pool and a sauna; and a number of different classes. All of these are linked to the system.

Analysis

The specifications of the end-user must be determined and recorded, their expectations and their performance for the scheme. A research will be conducted in order to develop the software, which will examine whether it is viable from an organizational, economic, social and technological point of view. It is vital for body sculptors to maintain a strong interaction with clients so as to guarantee a well-defined perspective for the complete product and its functioning.

Design of system

The phase of designing follows a powerful knowledge of client needs that outlines the elements, components, concentrations of security, architecture, modules, and various inputs and kinds of data transmitted through the system. Body sculptors could carry out a general system design through determining the working of the system and its functioning so that technical and functional requirements are fulfilled.

Implementation and deployment

During this stage, the device is placed in a ready-to-run, live and efficient customer location. Body sculptors may require a short training session to ensure the users know what to use and become familiar with the system. Depending on the system's complexity and solution, the implementation stage could take a very long time.

Testing phase

Actual users or a team of specialists can also conduct systems and automatic tests for ensuring that results that are actual are comparable as well as comparable to what they want.

Maintenance phase

This will involve the regular servicing of the scheme to ensure that the scheme is not outdated, that the previously installed hardware is superseded and the efficiency of the devices is evaluated on a continuous basis, and that some parts are updated to the recent technological advantages to meet the correct requirements and present safety hazards.

A class diagram is a part of the Unified Modelling Language (UML) which is kind of static structure diagram. This diagram helps in describing the structure of a system with the help of system’s classes, attributes related to them, operations, and the relations among the objects. The primary construction blocks for all object-oriented techniques are the class diagrams. Classes, relations, interface, partnership and cooperation can be displayed using the class diagram. The class diagrams of UML are standardized. As categories are the basis of an implementation centred on OOPs, the class diagram has the suitable framework to depict the categories, heritage, relations and everything OOPs have in their respective contexts. It describes several types of objects and their static relation.

A UML case diagram for a fresh software or system application under development is the main system / software specifications. Use cases indicate the anticipated behaviour (what) rather than the precise technique to achieve it (how). Both the textual and visual representation (i.e. use case diagram), can be denoted for use of cases once specified. A main idea of case modelling is that it allows us to model a scheme from the view of end consumers. It is an efficient method for communication of the user's system conduct by specifying all system behaviours which are noticeable from the outside.

As it is depicted in the PERT/CPM chart shown above, the management of staff might take some additional days as it requires the allocation of roles to the several staff members present in the gymnasium. Further the task named Review of records might take some additional days as it involved a thorough checking of member’s previous records and member details verification. The critical path obtained from the chart is 1-3-4-5-6-8 and the total critical time is 20 days.
