British Columbia (B.C.) is trying to bring transparency to the pay legislation in order to address the pay gap between women and men, which is historically one of the widest in Canada. It was found in 2018 that the payment of women was 18.6% less than men, which was declared as the broadest gender pay inequality in the nation. The Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives senior researcher stated that it requires moving forward to make a more equitable firm for women. In 2019, pay transparency legislation was brought in Ontario. According to Erika Finlay, manager of Unbounce, the company requires the pay people equal wages for equal work, and an equal pay drive can lead to a social change(Dickson, 2022).
The LGBTQ students, entertainment industry, national democrats, the white house and advocates opposed the bill passed by the Republican-dominated legislature of Florida on forbidding instructions on gender identity and sexual orientation in kindergarten or elementary schools. The bill named as “Don’t say gay” increased the attention as a cultural war has been pushed by the Republicans as, according to them, discussing gender identity is not age-appropriate for students. This bill has led to a student walkout and protest. However, Miguel Cardona, U.S. secretary of Education, has made clear that the schools receiving federal funding will follow the civil rights laws, which include protections against discrimination on the basis of gender identity and sexual orientation (Press, 2022).
After the easing of travel restrictions due to the pandemic, it was expected that international visitors would return. However, restaurants, bars and hotels are struggling to hire enough human resources on the job to keep the tourist entertained, fed and housed. There is a shortage of labour in Jasper that has led to restricting the services. The chronic shortage of labour in Jasper is compounded by the ongoing deficit of accommodation and loss of seasonal workers due to the pandemic. Housing is costly and is hard to maintain. This has led to a decrease in the footfall, and business will limit their operations. The negative impact of Covid-19 has affected tourism and the Canadian accommodation for tourists (Snowdon, 2022).

The board also agreed with the system of racism within schools. Parents of black children demanded a new code of conduct, including anti-racism policies and removing racial disparities (Raza, 2022).

Rosalie Abella is the first Jewish woman in Canada appointed t the supreme court. She ended her discussion with CBC by stating that the approach to aboriginal law in Canada is a piecemeal. It is a slow but modernised process (News, 2022).

The government of Canada offers work permits in such cases to the foreign film industry to shoot their scenes in the Canadian locations. With the upliftment of restrictions on Covid-19, travellers with complete vaccination are allowed to come to Canada. The film and TV industry of Canada are making considerable investments in films and TV across the nation. The focus will be on four primary areas – accountability and governance, effective operations and leadership, maintaining and developing partnerships and measurable impact. This is the second time SDPP-D national operating funding will fund to help in the social development after 2017 (Cananda, 2022).
The follow believers disturbed the Canadian Christians as they were blockading their faith with the flag earlier this year. It was happening to replace the government democratic system with the principles of Christian rights – Christian nationalism. This is a term that believes that nation and Christianity are one and that the Christian religion should rule the Canada. This was prevalent in U.S. and Russia, and now it has entered Canada, which is further criticized by various other leaders (Longhurst, 2022).
