The two articles retrieved are:
The two articles associated with protein biology that were retrieved were by Mishra et al. (2019) and Aamir et al. (2018) The search strategy was to use key words “Molecular docking” “Protein structure” and “Protein Analysis” in the literature databases PubMed and Google Scholar. The two research articles found were also analyzed using their title as well as through screening of the abstract. The similarity in the two was the use of protein structure prediction and analysis along with molecular docking for fungicides in plants. To include only recently published articles, it was ensured that only articles that were published in last five years were chosen for this analysis by use of exclusion criteria. Once the articles were identified, they were retrieved from the open access of the publication journals.
