From the above-mentioned points, I have analysed that nutritional benefit present in the Australian native fruits is recommended for better health outcomes of an individual. However, high antioxidant content in these foods have raised question on its nutritional benefits. The issues have resulted in solving the problem. From the analysis of the research published in this area, I have further concluded that the bioavailability of antioxidants in native Australian fruits is the core of the ground-breaking solution. It is also suggested that using cutting-edge nanotechnology to package these antioxidants inside biocompatible nanocarriers will be one of the solutions to increase its nutritional values. By doing this, we, as a researcher will be able to protect the antioxidants from deterioration during digestion and improve their absorption into the bloodstream. This innovative method eliminates the primary barrier of low bioavailability, paving the path for unmatched health benefits linked to these fruits (Assadpour and Mahdi Jafari, 2019).
Based on the analysis of the role of the cutting-edge nanotechnology in the packaging of these antioxidants, I feel that upgraded research-based methodology are important for the improvement of nutritional values in the Australian food. For instance, antioxidants lessen oxidative stress and are essential for the treatment of illnesses brought about by free radicals. I have further concluded that based on the an innovative strategy that additionally overcomes this difficulty but also completely aligns with sustainability objectives uses nanotechnology to increase absorption rates. By exploiting the fruits' maximum antioxidant potential, we embrace a healthier society while sustainably exploiting nature's gifts. By bridging the separation between nutrition and sustainability, this project exemplifies a positive relationship between human well-being with ecological consciousness.
This idea highlights the significant problem of low antioxidant bioavailability in native Australian fruits like the Illawarra plum. I seek to fully realise their health benefits while simultaneously adhering to environmental standards using a novel nanotechnology-based technique. We steer towards a healthier, more environmentally conscious tomorrow by combining the inherent goodness of these fruits with cutting-edge research.
By bridging the gap between sustainability and nutrition, this project exemplifies a positive relationship between human well-being and ecological consciousness. The development of future nano antioxidant-mediated therapeutics will be influenced by a deeper understanding of innovative chemicals, sophisticated nanostructures, and nanotechnology as well as the combination of these elements into a single form with improved antioxidant properties.
