The non-planning and ignorance was the missing aspect in project that was highlighted well in the post. The replacement by Victoria through communication channel establishment and integrated change control process will result in success of the project. Functional and collaborative communication across will bridge the gap rather than leaders intervention alone. Strategies adoption can include outcome based strategic management for addressing the inefficient planning which was lacking in the strategies identified in the post.
