Healthcare workers are the primary sources of care providers in the pandemic. Healthcare workers (HCW) along with various hospital organizations are participating to promote awareness to control the spread of the disease. Traveling and community gatherings constitute are major community issues leading to the relapse of the viral infection (Heyden et al., 2017). HC communities are involved in improving conditions to deal with a pandemic. HCW can use the native language to impart information among the mass. Information Technology has evolved the scope of communication in real-time. The State of Victoria promotes education to the general public using social media applications like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and twitter (Heyden et al., 2017). The use of social media overall created a sense of positivity and spread awareness. The use of posters mentioning concepts of wearing a mask, hand sanitization, covering mouth while sneezing and the importance of testing even with mild symptoms. Moreover, the Victoria state has initiated testing and quick isolation of positive patients.
