Cancellation Policy

Every cancellation request is entertained by us and is resolved following the terms and conditions that are given below:

• You should place the cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order. We do not process any request after exceeding the time limit.
• We do not accept cancellation requests if the assignment submission deadline is less than 72 hours (3 days). Because we considered them as the order which is urgent and experts are paid immediately for such orders.
• If you have made any cancellation request within 3 hours (180minutes) after the order is placed, it will be resolved with the 25% deduction on the total value. You will have the reaming amount in your Online Assignment Expert wallet.
• If any cancellation request is made after 3 hours (180 minutes) and up to 24 hours of placing your order, then a 50% deduction on the total value will be applicable. The rest remaining amount will be credited to your Online Assignment Expert wallet. The deduction is used as the tax against expert fees and the operation cost.
• We won't accept cancellation requests after 24 hours of the order placement.
• No cancellation request is accepted for the partially paid orders placed by you.
• Ninety days from the delivery is the maximum time to use the refund amount credited to your 'Online Assignment Expert' wallet.
• We do not entertain any cash refunds for any cancellation requests. And if you get a refund after the deduction mentioned above, it will be credited to your Online Assignment Expert wallet. The amount is used for a particular time for availing a new service from us of the same amount.
