Revision Policy

Any revision request is free of cost if placed before the assignment's delivery and deadline. We completely understand the fact that sometimes students may feel any changes or do not feel satisfied and can ask for revision.

To avoid such situations, we ask our scholars to keep track of their work and check their assignment work progress. They can ask for the periodic draft before the delivery of their solution.

But even if you wish to take revision for your assignment after the delivery, we are here to assist you happily. The revisions are provided as per our revision policy and terms and conditions*, which have been listed below:

• The revision request is accepted up to 15 days after delivery. All the acceptance of the revision request will be subjected to the terms and conditions*.
• You can address the free revision only three times (maximum). This is why we ask you to raise your concern related to every topic at once rather than coming up with multiple requests.
• Suppose the revision request you place includes the addition of writings or research requests on any new topic which was not there during the placement of your order. For example, it won't be considered a revision request for any new software, case study, etc. It will be treated as new work, and you will have to pay an additional amount for the efforts made by our experts to solve your latest problem.
• If you request revision and it includes new requirements, it will be taken as a new task, and you will have to pay a new price. For example, if we submitted research work on any topic and now you want to replace the case, it will be considered a whole new assignment work. The same is applicable if you change country-specific research, referencing guidelines etc.
• You must raise the revision request from the Online Assignment Expert student portal if you wish for an effective resolution.

We would like you to note that the student portal dashboard should raise all the concerns related to revision work. All your requests through the student portal are directly forwarded to the assigned experts, and you can also request a call-back request through the student portal dashboard.

Online Assignment Expert is not responsible for any delay from your end in addressing the urgent concern through platforms like WhatsApp or emails.

• You should know that in one revision cycle, we consider only one set of revision instructions to be entertained from our end. If you provide any extra information later, it will be regarded as another revision. You can opt for three free revision cycles per assignment, subject to our terms and conditions.
• Your presence during the revision work is compulsory for any communication needed. If you do not respond on time or there is any delay from your end, Online Assignment Expert and our experts are not responsible for any late submission or missed deadlines.
• If you request a revision, you need to be precise about what changes you want; you need to enlist them clearly and preferable, along with detailed feedback from your professor.
• While placing a revision request, you must be accurate about what is wrong and why you need revision. Sentences like this are not what I asked for, or this is not good, and I will not be entertained.
• Terms and conditions* are considered for applying exclusion to our free revision policy.
• Online Assignment Expert has the right to refuse any revision request by following the guidance of terms and conditions*. But in any such case where you fail to be eligible for the free revision service, we suggest you communicate with our assignment support team, and meanwhile, we will also try our best to resolve your issue. But as per our service agreement with you, we are not bound to do that.

Terms and conditions*

• Any free revision request does not apply to assignment orders related to technical subjects. It included but was not limited to engineering subjects, mathematics assignments, and software-based tasks. It has but is not limited to python, XERO, MATLAB, C++, Java etc.
• Any free revision is not applicable on lengthy assignments, such as research thesis, dissertation etc. Here, by long, we mean any work with more than 4000 words or above words.
• Online Assignment Expert has the right to make any changes in the existing revision policy to maintain the sole discretion of the company management. And we are not bound to give any prior notice to any user or the general public.
